The SimPure DC5P Spin Down Water Filter is supplied with 1" Male NPT, 3/4" Female NPT, and 3/4" Male NPT connections, making it suitable for any threaded connector with 1" Female NPT, 3/4" Male NPT, or 3/4" Female NPT. However, the threaded connector itself is not included in the package and must be purchased separately, based on the specifications of your copper/PEX/CPVC water pipe.

The SimPure DC5P is equipped with both 40μm and 200μm filter meshes, providing a high-grade filter design with a higher capacity to trap more contaminants and last longer. This makes it ideal for use with both municipal tap water and well water. It is recommended to perform a backwashing cycle every 15-30 days, simply by opening the drain valve for at least 30 seconds to self-flush and clean the entire system, ensuring optimal filtering performance. Additionally, the manual filter cleaning cycle is recommended every 3-6 months.
