When it comes to maintaining your RO/DI system, having a set of replacement cartridges on hand can make life much easier. The Aquatic Life replacement filters pack includes all the essential components you'll need - a Twist-In 75 GPD Membrane Filter, Carbon Block Filter, Sediment Filter, and Deionization Filter Cartridge.

The sediment water filter is the first stage of your RO unit, capturing and reducing unwanted materials like sand, silt, and rust from the water, which can affect the taste and appearance. It's recommended to replace this filter every 6 months.

Next, the activated carbon filter replacement is the second stage, reducing chlorine by up to 99% and conditioning the water prior to the RO Membrane. This filter should also be replaced every 6 months.

The reverse osmosis membrane filter is the heart of the system, reducing Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) from the water down to 1/10,000, removing harmful debris. It's recommended to replace this filter every 1-2 years.

Finally, the mixed bed deionizing water filter is the last stage, reducing Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) to zero. This color-changing DI resin cartridge makes it easy to know when it's time for a replacement.
